Logix Blossom Zest, Sector 143: How Investors Were Let Down by the Builder

The Dream That Turned Into a Nightmare

When Logix Blossom Zest was launched, it was marketed as an affordable housing project that would offer modern amenities, strategic location advantages, and timely possession. Investors and homebuyers were lured in with promises of proximity to IT hubs, metro connectivity, and a vibrant community. However, these dreams quickly turned into a nightmare as the reality unfolded.

Delayed Possessions and Unfinished Construction

One of the most significant grievances of investors is the delay in project completion. While possession was initially promised within three to four years, many units remain incomplete even a decade later. The prolonged delays have left buyers paying both rent and EMIs, severely impacting their financial stability.

Even in cases where possession has been granted, the quality of construction has reportedly been subpar, with numerous complaints about poor finishing, water leakage, and malfunctioning facilities. The amenities that were heavily advertised during the sales phase, such as a clubhouse, gym, and landscaped gardens, either remain incomplete or fail to meet expectations.
